Customer Service Advisor – Competitive Salary – Liverpool, Merseyside

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Advisor /Float Guide to join our growing team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests.

The role will involve working either a morning shift (8:45am - 5:30pm) or an evening shift (2pm - 11pm).

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor include, but are not limited to:

  • A high standard of cleaning between float sessions.
  • Communicating with enthusiasm and ensuring the highest quality customer service at all times.
  • Understanding individual customers circumstances and tailoring their experience, including new client orientation.
  • Gaining post-float feedback from customers and designing new processes accordingly.
  • Product and service sales.
  • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and taking payments.
  • Updating relevant reports and database.
  • Management of inventory.
  • Email and telephone correspondence with customers, suppliers and partners.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Customer Service Advisor are:

  • Must have customer service and/or retail sales experience.
  • Multi-tasking and working within a dynamic team.
  • Flexible, quick learner.
  • Be willing to work weekends.
  • Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends. At least 30 hours per week to start off.
