Our client is a market leading, innovative and creative organisation that leads in everything it does! They are currently seeking a passionate customer service advisor to work in their Milton Keynes site. In return for a generous basic salary and enviable benefits package, they are seeking a professional, conscientious individual that put excellent customer service in the forefront of everything they do. This position involve‘s some weekend work, working 1 in every 4 Saturdays.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Processing ecommerce customer orders online, via email and over the telephone
  • Taking ownership of orders and taking responsibility for end to end customer service
  • Assist all customers in a professional and efficient manner
  • Deal with all Ecommerce queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitoring, updating and tracking queries using CRM database
  • Liaise with Ecommerce, Sales Rep and senior reps to establish good working relationships 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous telephone and email based customer service experience
  • Passionate about delivering 1st class customer service
  • Hardworking, dynamic individuals who have a keen interest in working in a creative, multimedia organisation
