We have a fantastic full time opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Milton Keynes Coach Station.
This full time role operates on a rolling rota with shift times of either 08:15 to 18:15 or 09:15 to 19:15.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will use your customer service experience to deliver exceptional service to our customers in line with the vision and values of National Express.
With knowledge gained about our services and using your own initiative, the ideal candidate will be answering customer queries, guiding them to their location and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are continually met.
Presenting a positive, professional attitude you will provide assistance to all customers and work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the business acting as a role model and brand ambassador at all times.
Working in a fast paced coach station will involve standing and/or sitting for long periods of time while you meet our customers at the beginning or end of their journey.
Successful applications will be invited to attend an onsite assessment on Thursday 4th May.
