Customer Services Assistant
Boston
Full Time M-F 8am - 5pm early finish Friday

The Customer Services person will be working in a small team of 12 within an open plan office environment, in the Technical Support division to deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
The team are bubbly, enthusiastic and keen to promote and uphold the company's excellent market leading reputation.
Duties include:
• Answering calls and emails to ensure targets are met.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for the customer query
• Update CRM system with customer details.
• Raising case files for customers and sending out automated emails with case numbers
The role is office based and candidates must have experience of forging good relationships with customers have a confident clear telephone manner and Intermediate I.T skills are essential to the role.
The position would suit a Customer Service Assistant, Call Centre operator or anyone who has lots of experience within a customer facing role with a strong focus on customer needs, satisfaction and has experience with volume calls.
