Gas Centre in Bradford are recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Customer Service which will take approximately 17 months to complete. Duties:
- Responding to emails in a professional manner.
- Messaging potential trade customers and generating leads for our sales executives.
- Ability to use different microsoft platforms e.g. word, excel etc.
- Answering customers enquiries over the phone in a polite manner.
- Become proficient in the filing systems used by the company and work effectively using these systems.
- Greet customers in the showroom in a friendly manner when the sales executives are busy and show basic product knowledge until the sales staff are available (all training will be provided). Requirements:
- Customer service skills
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Hardworking Grades:
There are no educational requirements required. Hours:
Monday - Friday, 10am - 18:00pm. 30 mins (unpaid). 37.5 hours per week.
