We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Cranleigh. Your role as an Operations Administrator is to coordinate the purchasing and fulfilment of Customer POs in order to ensure orders are completed on time so that our client can fulfil its commitments to customers and invoice accordingly to maintain cash flow and revenue.
Key responsibilities....
- Sales Order system checking
- Communication including taking calls from customers about their orders
- Coordinating drawings for customers/suppliers
- Customer delivery booking
- Managing Operations Inbox for all incoming customer communication
Requirements
- Familiar with using IT systems for job planning and stock control
- Well organised, able to plan, prioritise and communicate tasks
- Self-motivated, plans and prioritises own workload.
- Planning and organising skills using multiple inputs or data
- Attention to detail, keeps things up to date
- Flexible, can respond to changing circumstances at short notice
- Confident and happy to answer incoming phone calls
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm (Mon-Fri)
