Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Customer Service Executive Position to work for a reputable business in central Leeds! This would be an exceptional opportunity for someone who is experienced within Complaints and is looking to join a company that are going through significant growth and offering excellent progression opportunities!
As a Customer Service Executive you will be managing all incoming complaints that come into the business assessing each of the complaints or claims ensuring working towards SLAs and determine an appropriate cause of action or response. The complaints you will responsible for dealing with will predominately be email based and written correspondence. Within the role occasionally you will need to speak with customers over the telephone.
Previous email based complaints experience would be required Excellent verbal and written skills A keen eye for detail and good organisation Excellent customer service skills
