Customer Service Field Engineer

Description We are currently seeking an experienced Self-Employed Pump Engineer to join an extremely reputable, family-run SME based in Leighton Buzzard. As a Pump Engineer, you will be responsible for the supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of pumps and pump systems. To be successful in this role, you must act, behave, and drive in a professional manner that promotes your services to any clients that may require your expertise. Key Duties and Responsibilities of a Pump Engineer

• Provide first-class customer service through excellent product and technical knowledge
• Extensive traveling between sites/overnight stay may be required
• Installing, commissioning, servicing, and emergency repairs of pump systems
• Attend any requested emergency call-outs to client sites, carrying out repairs and reporting back as required
• Adhere to a strict safety policy ensuring safe working at all times with regard to your personal safety and the safety of others
• Work diligently and professionally at all times with particular regard to customer expectations and providing outstanding customer service
