Customer Service Manager

A prestigious and well-established Designer, Manufacturer & Supplier of Interior Products is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager with strong team leadership skills, impeccable ability to absorb detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience. Along with a starting basic salary of up to £70,000 per annum, you will also receive a company bonus scheme, 21 days holiday with an additional 2-4 days off every Christmas, access to an onsite gym and a pension scheme. As Customer Service Manager, your core responsibilities will typically include: Training & leading a small team. Hands on responsibility for all customer service, orders, admin & problem resolution. Taking overall responsibility for success of team, implementation of new processes. We're looking for a Customer Service Manager with the following qualifications, skills and experience: Hands on experience leading a customer service/success/experience or sales order management team. Proven success in defining and delivering customer excellence / success strategies. Passionate about delivering exceptional Customer experience. Competent on MS Office Suite Natural affinity with data, & utilising this data to drive improvement. Used to working with a CRM, order management system or ticketing system You will be onsite 5-days per week, Monday-Friday, 07:30-16:30.
