Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our remote team at Walgreens Boots Alliance in London, England, UK. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve our processes


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer service roles, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory position - Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Prior experience with remote customer service teams is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
