Customer Service Team Manager - Milton Keynes - Global Construction Company** We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. We are looking for someone to train, coach and educate customer services employees from the point of their initial hire and on a continuous, ongoing basis. Contribute to and maintain all the systems, procedures and practices which support the sales and customer service function Complete monthly one to one performance reviews Carry out induction of new recruits, develop ongoing training plans for all team members and review effectiveness of training Ensure achievement of customer service key performance indicators Relevant supervisory experience within a Customer Services environment Experience of delivering individual/group coaching to improve professionalism and customer service High standard of computer literacy, including experience of setting up reports to show performance and progress against department KPIs SAP system knowledge Bonus
