Customer Service Representative ** FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED** Location: Brighton Salary: £23,872.99 Full time and permanent position Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (+ Saturdays on rota) - 40 hours per week. Start & Finish Times: Mon-Fri = 8:30am-5:30pm Saturdays = 8:30am-12:30pm (Some on-call / out of hours will be on the rota for this role) We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our customer - one of the leading rental companies in the UK. As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for always delivering excellent customer service, as well as maximising sales opportunities where possible. Responsibilities: * Identify customers' needs, take reservations, and close enquiries. * Deal with phone calls, respond to emails, and handle face to face interactions. * Meet and exceed all customer requirements. * Identify sales opportunities. * Resolve any customer complaints or issues. * Coordinate delivery and collections. * Completion of all required documentation * Undertake additional duties assigned by line manager.
