Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team at WEC Energy Group. This is a remote work position based in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding. 3. Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers. 4. Researching and finding innovative solutions to customer problems. 5. Maintaining customer records and following up on customer interactions. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Working with a sense of urgency and attention to detail to meet customer needs. 8. Embracing creativity in finding new ways to improve the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Dedicated and confident personality traits. 2. Strong research and innovation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.
