We are looking for a Customer Servicer Supervisor to develop our Service Team from inception through to maturity. Have proven experience of managing a service based team.
Have a hands on, can do positive attitude.
Be results driven and set high standards for themselves and their colleagues enjoy coaching and developing others to succeed.
Develop and implements policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer
requirements and complaints.
Have an understanding of CRM systems and how they can be used to improve
efficiency.
Understanding compliance and legal frame works related to customer queries.
Be proactive and willing to challenge the status quo.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required although no experience
of our industry is required.
May require travel to client sites nationally to ensure quality assurance. On offer is a competitive salary plus benefits and perks.
