Customer Service Team Leader

We have an exciting position for a Customer Service Team Leader in our busy Aftersales division

Located at our Nottingham Head Office, this role is based fully on-site

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be responsible for the day to day management of the Customer Service, Service Admin and Branded Supplier Teams
• You’ll be leading from the front, managing a small team of between 7 - 9 members of staff
• You’ll be committed to motivating your team to deliver a great customer experience
• You’ll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers, exceeding their expectations and reassuring them

What you’ll need - skills and experience:

• Proven experience of leading a small team
• Supervisory/Team leader experience within customer services, ideally in a hard goods environment
• Proven experience in motivating your team
• Practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
• A confident, enthusiastic and driven team player
• You'll be committed to learning and developing yourself and your team
• Your personal skills will include accuracy and numeracy as well as computer literacy
• You’ll possess the desire to succeed both individually and as leader of the team
