We have an exciting position for a Customer Service Team Leader in our busy Aftersales division
Located at our Nottingham Head Office, this role is based fully on-site
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be responsible for the day to day management of the Customer Service, Service Admin and Branded Supplier Teams
- You’ll be leading from the front, managing a small team of between 7 - 9 members of staff
- You’ll be committed to motivating your team to deliver a great customer experience
- You’ll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers, exceeding their expectations and reassuring them
What you’ll need - skills and experience:
- Proven experience of leading a small team
- Supervisory/Team leader experience within customer services, ideally in a hard goods environment
- Proven experience in motivating your team
- Practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
- A confident, enthusiastic and driven team player
- You'll be committed to learning and developing yourself and your team
- Your personal skills will include accuracy and numeracy as well as computer literacy
- You’ll possess the desire to succeed both individually and as leader of the team
