Job Description - Customer Services Administrator

Job Title: Customer Services Administrator

Location: Swindon Head Office

Reporting to: Customer Services Admin & Support Manager

Salary: £22,369.29 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 8am-4:30pm

Job Summary

As Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and support activities and telephony tasks. You will ensure customer service excellence, adherence to department and company processes and maintain the highest standards in all your duties. Your customers will include patients, their loved ones or carers, team leaders and our field based and office-based colleagues.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the GOS collection process.

About you

You will have:

  • A strong background in customer service with an understanding of best practices and quality standard
  • Experience in monitoring and managing resources, rotas, and workloads to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and provide support across various tasks and teams as needed
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, able to make informed, customer driven decisions in a face paced environment.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in using customer services systems and an ability to learn new systems quickly.
