Job Title: Customer Services Administrator
Location: Swindon Head Office
Reporting to: Customer Services Admin & Support Manager
Salary: £22,369.29 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 8am-4:30pm

Job Summary
As Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and support activities and telephony tasks. You will ensure customer service excellence, adherence to department and company processes and maintain the highest standards in all your duties. Your customers will include patients, their loved ones or carers, team leaders and our field based and office-based colleagues.
