Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

SunTrust Banks is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate level with a requirement of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing excellent service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. 2. Assist customers with onboarding and implementation of our products and services. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Build strong relationships with customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer success strategies. 6. Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to drive product improvements. 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Adaptable and driven personality traits. 3. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. 5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer success metrics. 6. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
