As a Customer Support Assistant at Ryder System, based in London, England, you will be responsible for providing top-notch remote customer support to our clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent, hardworking, and have excellent time management and communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner. 4. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Assist in maintaining customer records and updating account information as needed. 6. Provide product information and assistance to customers as required. 7. Work with the team to continuously improve customer support processes and procedures. 8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
Requirements: 1. No prior experience required. 2. Must be independent and able to work efficiently in a remote work environment. 3. Excellent time management and communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Must be comfortable using technology and CRM systems. 6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
