Digital Customer Advisor

£20,000 basic salary with pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

Reporting into the Digital Engagement Leader, the Digital Customer Advisor will be responsible for actioning digital enquiries and aftersales bookings from our new and existing stakeholders.

What does the role of Digital Customer Advisor involve?

• Working several online portals to generate bookings for customers who are due for a service, MOT or require a repair on their vehicle, using our systems and amending customer bookings via the system
• Responsible for delivering a floorless digital service to our customers, through written communication
• Responsible for ensuring Live chats and SLA’s are answered and made in a timely manner
• Accountable for your own targets, and ensuring processes are followed to deliver excellence to our customers whilst working towards KPI’s

What do you need to succeed in the role of Digital Customer Advisor?

• Great communication and literacy skills
• A passion and desire to deliver excellence in customer service
• Enthusiasm and be action orientated
• Confidence to work across a range of systems and tools efficiently and effectively (MS Office & Dealer Management System – DMS)
• Confident, clear, and polite manner
