German Speaking Customer Support

Belfast, Northern Ireland

£28,000 per year + relocation assistance

Job Responsibilities

Provide customer support via chat and social media channels

Assist customers with products and resolving issues

Monitor social media, forums, and product review platforms

Create and promote engaging responses to encourage participation

Develop user-generated content

Identify and implement opportunities to cross-leverage self-service content across digital channels

Salary £28,000 per year and excellent training and ongoing support

Relocation assistance within the UK, including one week's hotel stay and reimbursement of flights

Candidates must have work permission for the UK already.

Experience Required

Fluent in English and German

Already have work permission for the UK

Interest in social media
