Order Fulfilment & Customer Service Assistant

Meeka are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our fun and friendly studio to help pack our beautiful bespoke bridal sleepwear orders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders
• Pick, pack, and ship products ensuring items are correct and undamaged
• Customer service - helping customers with exchanges, returns, problematic orders
• Help repack shelves when new stock arrives
• General admin duties to be carried out when necessary
• Small batch stock take from time to time
• A passion for fashion would be beneficial as we love to get everyone involved in the design process

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and approachable
• Willing to develop and learn
• Good attention to detail 
• Able to commute to Battersea/Clapham Junction.
