Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Supervalu, a leading grocery retailer in London, England, is seeking a dedicated Account Support Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the Accounts department, including processing invoices, maintaining records, and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Assist with account management tasks such as updating customer information, tracking sales data, and preparing reports. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of account-related activities. 4. Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and support account growth initiatives. 5. Assist in developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. 6. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Accounts Manager.


Requirements: 1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. 5.
