Job Description - Account Support Associate - Work from home


Job Description:


Genworth Financial, a leading financial services company, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Support Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting with account management, and delivering top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


- Managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations - Collaborating with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions - Assisting with account onboarding and ongoing account maintenance - Conducting regular account reviews and identifying opportunities for growth - Providing reports and analysis to track client performance and trends


Requirements:


- 2+ years of experience in a client support or account management role - Strong people management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
