Job Description - Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Ralph Lauren is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our key accounts, helping to drive sales and maintain strong relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem-solving - Assist with order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination - Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies to increase sales and market presence - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Driven and resourceful with a strong work ethic - Time management and negotiation skills
