Job Description - Account Support Specialist

As an Account Support Specialist at Synnex in London, England, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, passionate, detail-oriented, and have strong analytical skills.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, inquiries, or issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or complaints - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales support role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
