Job Description: As a Call Center Associate at Expedia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the travel industry. You will work remotely from your home in London, England, UK, assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role and possess the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with booking travel arrangements - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing information on travel destinations, deals, and promotions - Upselling additional products and services to customers - Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
