Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Tesoro is currently seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Upselling products and services to customers - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions - Following company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting or exceeding performance goals and targets

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Adaptable and motivated personality - Strong persuasion skills - Effective time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
