Job Description - Call Center Manager


Job Description:


Western Digital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in London, England. As a full-time Associate Level employee, the successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a call center environment. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center, ensuring a high level of customer service, and managing a team of customer service representatives.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure high performance levels and exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement - Train and coach staff on best practices for customer interactions and conflict resolution - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality service - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven leadership and team management abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
