Job Description:
CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in call center management, you will be responsible for overseeing our remote call center operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to agents to drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Implement training programs and professional development opportunities for call center agents - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in call center management, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience - Strong leadership and motivational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to think critically and solve complex problems - Resilient and independent mindset to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proficiency in using call center software and tools - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
