Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


As a Call Center Officer at Freeport-McMoRan in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing accurate information about products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. 7. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer service. 8. Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Passionate and hardworking attitude. 5. Ability to cooperate with team members and work towards common goals. 6. Experience in strategic planning and implementing customer service initiatives. 7. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
