Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Call Center Specialist to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance in London, England, UK. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, orders, or feedback. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Input customer data and update records in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets set by management. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. 8. Participate in training sessions and coaching programs to improve skills and knowledge. 9. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and provide personalized service.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Adaptable and able to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment. 4. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 5. Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box to solve problems. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools. 7. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 8. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
