Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Rivian is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Chat Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our customers in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat channels - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Critical thinking skills to quickly assess and address customer issues - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows - Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required
