Job Description:

Northwestern Mutual is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product information and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner. 3. Provide accurate product information and support to customers. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain clear and concise records. 5. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Reliable and energetic with a strong work ethic. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Creative problem-solving abilities. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 8. Flexibility to work in a remote setting. 9. Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
