Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team at Western Refining in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat support in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Identify and escalate issues that require further attention to the appropriate departments - Research and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the team to improve processes and efficiency of chat support services - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Use creativity to find innovative solutions to customer problems

Requirements: - Energetic and driven individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Creative problem-solving skills
