Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and hardworking Chat Support Representative to join our team at Altria Group in London, England, UK. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, creative, and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through online chat platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Provide feedback on customer trends and needs to improve the overall customer experience - Uphold company values and policies while interacting with customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and proficiency in online chat platforms - No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential
