Stryker, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home.

As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. You will also need to demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through chat support - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Demonstrate a deep understanding of company products and services - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals
