Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Old Republic International is seeking a dedicated Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. This position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations. As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to engage with clients remotely, including phone calls, emails, video conferences, and other virtual communication methods - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients to increase revenue - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, taking proactive measures to address any issues that may arise - Prepare reports and analyze data to track client engagement and performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for improving client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Energetic and proactive attitude towards problem-solving - Excellent negotiation skills and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred
