Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Republic Services. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients in the London, England area. This is a full-time, work from home position with a requirement of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Identify new business opportunities and work with clients to implement solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and revenue growth - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth - Provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and revenue targets - Travel to client sites as needed to strengthen relationships and provide support


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Passionate about customer service and building long-term relationships - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems - Strong strategic planning skills and ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and drive results - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
