Job Description - Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


HRG Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Officer to work remotely from home in London, England. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support in closing deals - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for client engagement - Assist in the development of strategic plans to meet client needs and achieve business goals - Provide regular updates to clients on products, services, and industry trends - Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve client retention - Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
