Job Description:
Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and provide ongoing support through phone, email, and virtual meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling products or services - Keep detailed records of client interactions and update customer profiles with relevant information - Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients
Requirements: - Resourceful and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients to build trust and rapport - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer management tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
