Job description:
Klarna is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Service Assistant to join our team in London, UK. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting them with any issues or inquiries they may have.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, including processing payments and updating information - Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved quickly - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Assist in creating reports and analyzing data to improve client satisfaction - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong planning and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Ability to work from home and maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace
