Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team at NetApp in London, England, UK. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, confident, and possess strong research and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Conduct research on client industries, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients - Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and company policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field - 1+ years of experience in customer service or client relations role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Team player with a collaborative mindset - Confidence in interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
