Job Description:
Salesforce.com is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them maximize the value of our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat. 2. Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are utilizing our products to their full potential. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall client experience. 4. Provide training and guidance to clients on how to best use our products and services. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to existing clients. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders. 7. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the technology industry. 3. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients.
