Job Description:
Gilead Sciences is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time, work from home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing their needs and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs - Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and products to clients, ensuring a seamless experience - Monitoring client accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Analyzing client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving client satisfaction and retention - Developing and implementing client support strategies and initiatives to enhance overall customer experience
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in client support or account management roles - Resilient and motivated personality traits, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Demonstrated adaptability and innovation in problem-solving and client interactions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
