Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Credit Karma is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client support roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Identify ways to improve customer experience and contribute to overall client satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required - Availability to work fulltime in London, England - Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
