Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Officer to join our team at Airbnb in London, England. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our clients to address their concerns, answer their questions, and provide them with guidance on using our services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat - Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide guidance and support to clients on using our services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve the client support process and make recommendations for change
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client support role - Driven and motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Excellent people management skills and emotional intelligence - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
