Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Publix Super Markets is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and guidance to clients on how to use our products and services effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues when necessary - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience - Assist in developing training materials and resources for clients - Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed - Contribute to ongoing customer satisfaction surveys and analysis


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and resourceful mindset - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
