Job Description - Remote Client Support Representative


Job Description:


AIG is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients have a positive experience with our company and feel supported throughout their interactions with us.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general support - Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Work closely with the sales team to provide support for client onboarding and retention efforts - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends to effectively answer client questions - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the client support process


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Dedicated and resourceful, with a strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
