Client Support Representative - Work from home

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Provide support to customers via email, chat, and other communication channels - Assist clients with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer service and satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer support goals and objectives

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Independent and driven personality - Ability to cooperate with team members and think critically - Remote work flexibility
