Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Valero Energy is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience and looking to grow in a supportive and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable and hardworking, possessing excellent planning and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional client support through phone, email, and in-person communication. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues in a timely manner. 4. Keep detailed records of client interactions and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with challenging situations. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively address client needs. 7. Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 7. Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
